Introducing Priscilla McDonalds
Millennium Woman!
A 50 cm (almost 20") tall fabric doll with an inbuilt stand.  She was designed as a two day workshop doll for Millennium Madness the First Australian Doll-o-rama held in Brisbane in August 2000.  Her legs and body are all one piece.  Her arms are in one piece, stiffened with wire to hold up her cape.  Two tubes are placed inside her during construction to help her stand.  She has wired hands and a needle sculpted face.  This is a simply shaped doll with plenty of scope for embellishment.  Full instructions for beading her skirt and knitting and beading her treasure bag.  A matching pin doll is included in the pattern!

Merry Andrew the Court Jester
The SECOND cloth doll pattern in the Historical Cloth Series.  Merry Andrew is a 21" tall free standing cloth jester.  He has wired arms, fingers and legs, and a sculpted face.  He wears a pointed collar with bells, short breeches, a pointed belt with bells, puffed sleeves and a three pointed cap.  His costume is based on the Court Jesters of the Middle Ages.

Pablo,  FOURTH cloth doll patern in the Historical Cloth  Series. (man pattern)
A 15" tall cloth doll dressed in the traditional costume of a Spanish bullfighter.  He wears a white frill fronted shirt, a black tie, tight fitting satin trousers with a brocade side panel, a satin vest, a brocade jacket.  He has rose coloured stockings and leather shoes.  He holds out his red fighting cape in triumph.  His legs and hands are wired and his face is sculpted and painted.

Tamara Karsavine-Russian Ballerina
A 55 cm (21 1/2") tall cloth doll based on a 1911 picture of Russian Ballerina Tamara Karsavina performing the role of The Ballerina in the ballet Petrushka.  She has wired fingers and legs, and a flat face coloured with pencils and fine pens.  She wears a jacket with peplum, long lace trimmed pantaloons, three stiff petticoats and a circular skirt.  Her ballet shoes are painted onto her feet.

Lady Grace, a Medieval Cloth Doll.  Pattern for a free-sstanding cloth doll in three sizes, 10", 15" and 20".  The pattern includes directions for making a freestanding fabric doll dressed in a full length tight fitting gown, with beads down the full length of the front.  The left and right sides of her dress are in contrasting but complimentary fabrics and bear her family coat of arms.  The under sleeves are tight fitting, and beaded from the wrist to the elbow.  Her shoes are pointed and internally wired so she can stand.  Her hands are joined in prayer.  She has a very serene look on her face. FIRST in the historical cloth series.

THIS FIRST PICTURE IS CLIONA, GODDESS OF CLOTH DOLLMAKING.  MADE FROM THE PATTERN MILLENIUM WOMAN.  SHE WON DOLL OF THE SHOW AT THE AUSTRALIAN CLOTH DOLL CLUB SHOW.  THE SECOND PICTURE IS OF HER AUSTRALIAN CONVICTS, AND SHE WON CHAMPION HERITAGE CLOTH DOLL AT THE LOCAL SHOW ON THESE.  SHE WILL BE MAKING A PATTERN FOR THESE SOON.
