This pattern makes a 10" stand alone doll with a full wire armature.  The costume is made from jersey knit, or Allison suggests using an old t-shirt.  The face is needle sculpted.

Grapevine Girls CD

This is a pattern CD for little 9" fairies.  They are made from painted woven fabric and have needle sculpted faces.  Allison walks you through making the hands out of paperclay.

The pattern is provide on printed paper and the supply list ad instructions are on the CD with lots of color photos.

The instructions also include how to make the wings and the slippers.  Plus information on realistic poses for the dolls.

Wouldn't it be fun to make this as a doll club project and then trade one of the dolls with a friend?

Vernal Muse is a 19 fairy made from 100% cotton (woven) fabric with a needlesculpted face, contoured body, and options for three different postures: seated, kneeling, or a standing posture that requires leg armature and a base. Her costume is created with free-motion machined lace and other motifs, which are sewn, cut out, and individually hand-stitched to the doll.  Wings are stitched organza and wired. For intermediate/advanced skill level.

Made of velour, doesuede or cotton knit, this pixie likes to "perch". Created with needlesculpted face, bead eyes, applied upper eyelids and wired ears. Arms are wired for stability and so wrists can be bent. Designed to sit with legs dangling, like on a shelf! Total length: 12" All skill levels

Fairy on a Stick

A 9" all cotton fairy that's mounted on a removable stick. Looks great stuck in a potted plant. She has bead eyes and wire antennae. The hemline of her dress is wired for manipulation. Beginners may find her a little challenging.
